It is designed to help family members, coworkers, receptionists, and visitors decide whether now is a good time to interrupt. The final status can appear in the user dashboard, on private trusted-person links, tablet or browser displays, authorized Reception and Group Views, public staff-page badges when explicitly enabled, and supported third-party displays or automations. ## Inputs and integrations Presence supports Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars, iCloud and private ICS feeds, supported Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet activity, optional Mac-assisted iPhone call state, compatible VoIP signals, working hours, manual status choices, reusable custom statuses, and optional broad workplace labels.
