Add a small live badge to the people already listed on your church, school, or nonprofit website—without publishing their calendars or detailed activity.
Enable the organization embed
An organization owner enables Public Staff-Page Badges from Team & Reception View. This creates a separate public token; the private Reception View link is never reused.
Each person opts in
Employees turn on “Show my simplified status on our public staff page.” Participation defaults to off and can be withdrawn at any time.
Paste two small snippets
Copy the script shown in the dashboard, then add a matching marker inside each staff card:
